In summer 2005 I bought a 1910 foreclosed home from the bank. It was about 3,000 square feet with 3 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. I worked on the house quite a bit myself to restore it from the terrible (yet structurally sound) condition that I found it in. The repairs have included sheetrock, flooring, and most enjoyable, paint and tile.

I have really had fun with learning interior design in this fashion.
